Capricorn Fonderia è specializzata nella fornitura di fusioni grezze e lavorate nella zona di Modena e provincia. A partire dal 2009 l’azienda è entrata a far parte del gruppo Capricorn Automotive, annoverando tra i suoi clienti diversi brand di fama internazionale. Ci avvaliamo di uno staff altamente qualificato e professionale specializzato nelle fusioni in alluminio in piccola-media serie e pezzi unici. Lavoriamo prevalentemente per il settore automotive italiano ed estero, ma la nostra grande versatilità ci ha permesso di realizzare componenti per qualsiasi applicazione produttiva, prototipale o industriale. Siamo infatti presenti in molti altri settori come sistemi di sollevamento mediante paranchi, industria agricola, industria militare, apparecchiature antideflagranti, trasmissioni e motori per applicazioni aereonautiche, industria alimentare, industria movimento terra, industria medicale e farmaceutica ecc.

Uno dei processi maggiormente utilizzati di fusioni lavorate sul territorio di Modena è la fusione in sabbia, altamente automatizzata e capace di ottenere pezzi di ottima finitura e qualità. Questo procedimento rappresenta l’odierna evoluzione dell’antico procedimento a cera persa. Utilizziamo dei modelli a perdere in sabbia compattata, che vengono successivamente immersi in apposite vasche contenenti resine termoindurenti. I due materiali insieme creano per polimerizzazione un rivestimento esterno resistente. Quando la colata di alluminio viene versata nella forma, la resina evapora e lascia solo il pezzo ad indurirsi. Quando il pezzo si è raffreddato basta ripulirlo dai residui della fusione per poterlo utilizzare.

Per le fusioni lavorate in alluminio di prototipi nella zona di Modena ci affidiamo a processi collaudati ed altamente tecnologici, grazie ai quali possiamo soddisfare in tempi rapidi ogni richiesta ed esigenza del cliente. Per il settore automotive realizziamo diverse tipologie di pezzi come blocchi motore, parti del telaio e sospensione, basamenti e testate, scatole del cambio ed altre componenti per l’interno dell’abitacolo del veicolo. Siamo costantemente al fianco dei nostri clienti nella scelta della lavorazione più adatta, garantendo alte prestazioni e durata nel tempo al pezzo finale.
