Capricorn Fonderia è specializzata nelle fusioni in alluminio in piccola-media serie e pezzi unici su tutto il territorio di Modena e provincia. La nostra azienda opera prevalentemente nel settore automotive italiano ed estero, ma siamo in grado di realizzare componenti per qualsiasi applicazione industriale, produttiva o prototipale. Sviluppiamo il servizio iniziale insieme al cliente ed i nostri tecnici possono proporre soluzioni varie, suggerendo la scelta della lega ed il processo produttivo più indicato per ogni progetto fino alle lavorazioni finali. Offriamo una vastissima gamma di servizi tra cui: reverse engineering, fornitura piena, finiture superficiali, co-design, simulazione di colata, lavorazioni meccaniche, prototipazione rapida, sviluppo modelli, ispezione visiva con endoscopio portatile, radiografia, radioscopia, liquidi penetranti e liquidi fluorescenti, test densità materiale, analisi micrografia e prove meccaniche.

Tra i nostri servizi più apprezzati c’è la fusione di alluminio in sabbia, disponibile su tutto il territorio di Modena. Il processo è altamente automatizzato e permette di ottenere pezzi di ottima qualità e finitura. La fusione in sabbia rappresenta l’evoluzione moderna del vecchio procedimento a cera persa. Utilizziamo modelli a perdere in sabbia compatta, immersi successivamente in apposite vasche contenenti resine termoindurenti. Unendo i due materiali si ottiene un rivestimento esterno resistente per polimerizzazione. Nel momento in cui la colata di alluminio fuso viene versata nella forma la resina evapora e lascia solo il pezzo a solidificare. In seguito bisogna aspettare che il pezzo si raffreddi per pulirlo dai residui della fusione.

Durante tutto il processo di produzione vengono eseguiti dei rigidi controlli per assicurare ai clienti fusioni conformi alle loro richieste e aspettative. Controlliamo e verifichiamo con estrema cura ogni passaggio, dalla materia prima fino all’imballo finale.
